(HRM) Human Resource Management For Me ☻

Human Resource Management, I think it is more about managing people in one organization or group just to achieve the objectives of the company. Maybe in terms of recruiting some people then teach them or give your direction to do their own task.

HRM also deals that issues related to people such as hiring, their own safety, wellness, benefits, motivation, training, communication etc.

When I apply the activity last meeting.
I think when it comes behavior we need to respect others. Get the idea of one another , share your own opinion in right way, think first before you say something that's why you never hurt anybody. Sometimes we need to be serious but don't forget to smile.

In one or more group we consider it organizations because we are belong in one or more organization,  COOPERATION is important to make activities or group works successful and always watch your behavior in communicating to others.

CHIBIS

Chibi  can also be written  is a Japanese word meaning "short person" or "small child". The word has gained currency amongst fans of manga and anime. Its meaning is of someone or some animal that is small. It can be translated as "little", but is not used the same way as chiisana (tiny, small, little in Japanese). A prototypical example of the former usage in the original Japanese which brought the term to the attention of Western fans is Chibiusa, a pet name for the diminutive daughter of Sailor Moon formed from Chibi Usagi ("Little Usagi").
